Lush is my ultimate fave store ever. The last few weeks I have branched out from my basic ” Sex Bonb” bath bomb ( the obvious choice) and hit the bubble bars, moisturisers, lip and body scrubs.
First off- Bubble bars. I love bubble bars because they have a stronger fragrance than bath bombs. Rather than giving a big fizzy splash you crumble a section under running water and save the rest. The hippy lady at Lush says she crumbles it in with shower gel to use as a scrub AND washes her clothes with it. Lush-a-holic for sure.
Best bubble bar ever is one they make called The Rose Jam Bubbleroon

It is so delish.Amelia ate a bit and didn’t vom so thats a good as endorsement as any!
The other product I have fallen in love with is the solid sugar scrub.

I gave it a little lick ( obviously!) and its like soap mixed with sugar. I love really rough scrubs- like the St. Ives apricot face scrub and this is great with granules of sugar coated in oil so they don’t dissolve straight away. Leaves skin moisturised without being oily.
A few months ago I tried to make my own scrub with sugar and olive oil. Don’t try it at home. Mum made me clean the bath three times and it smelt like pasta for weeks.
The item that freaked me out at lush was this massage bar. Smells AMAZING and the girl sold it to me said that the choccy feature ( big lump in the middle )was 70% fair trade dark choc. So I went home , used the back of my phone to gouge out the chocolate and ate it.
Now i just have a massage bar with bits of sticky chocolate. I would buy this again without the chocolate. Nobody wants a sticky bod!
